A song from the first EP by The Starve, one of Kip's (at least three) pre-Pains bands. While some of the band's songs live on on MySpace, this one does not and is currently unavailable to those without the CD. Without hearing it, it's unclear what it's relationship is to Pt. 1. Per Allmusic, it's over a minute longer than the other Boys In The Band.
