The B-side of the Young Adult Friction single, Ramona has seen much more live activity than most non-album Pains songs. The only evidence that the song was played live in 2009 comes from its appearance in the band's Black Session. Since then, however, it has taken on a new life as a solo and acoustic number, often opening encores during the Days Of Abandon and Echo Of Pleasure eras.

The song reappeared yet again as a "cover" after Kip debuted The Natvral. It received its own studio version in a stripped back arrangement and became part of Kip's live sets again, making it unique among Pains material (as of early 2021).
